We work with you to keep your bookkeeping current and accurate.  Each business is unique and we’ll work with your books to reflect that.   We even work with your accountant, if needed.  Our goal is to make tax time much less stressful.

When we handle your monthly bookkeeping, here are a few things you can expect.

  • Monthly emails from us listing any questions or concerns we ran into while updating your books that month.
  • We will work with your accountant for tax purposes.
  • Any additional work outside of our monthly bookkeeping work (more reporting, calls for directions, questions, etc. create/send invoices, following up on overdue invoices, bill pay) will be billed at $35/hr.
  • We spend the time at the very beginning of our relationship to learn about your business. We will ask questions on how your specific business runs and give guidance to what this relationship will look like from our side and your side as well as answering any questions you may have. We then use this info to help us categorize your transactions in a way that will be most beneficial to you and your business. This is included in our start-up fee along with the set up (or cleaning up) of your QuickBooks.
